Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a global score of 66, which is better than HTC Flyer's global score of 58.7. Sony Vaio Tap 11 works with Windows 8 OS, and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 OS. Sony Vaio Tap 11's construction is way heavier but extremely thinner than HTC Flyer. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a bit more powerful processor than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a sharper screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a much better 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a lot larger display. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than HTC Flyer, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

The HTC Flyer has a much better camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a back facing camera with a way worse 5 megapixels resolution. The HTC Flyer has a little longer battery performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Flyer. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Vaio Tap 11, but if you don't you can save some money and get the HTC Flyer, giving up a couple features and specifications.
