Comparison review
The Sony Xperia Tablet S is slightly better than HTC Flyer, having a general score of 58.9 against 58.7. Even though Sony Xperia Tablet S is heavier than the HTC Flyer, it's a bit thinner and newer. These tablets use Android operating system, but Sony Xperia Tablet S has a newer 4.1.1 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2.
Xperia Tablet S counts with a little faster processing unit than HTC Flyer, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xperia Tablet S also has a greater number of cores and a much better 416 megahertz graphics processor. The Xperia Tablet S and HTC Flyer feature quite similar displays, because although the Xperia Tablet S has a little bit worse display density, it also counts with a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a much larger screen.
The HTC Flyer features a better camera than Xperia Tablet S, although it has a back camera with much less megapixels. The Xperia Tablet S has a much greater storage for games and applications than HTC Flyer, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 128 GB and more internal memory capacity.
The HTC Flyer features a superior battery performance than Xperia Tablet S.
Although Xperia Tablet S is a better device, it costs a bit more than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC Flyer. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the HTC Flyer, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
