Comparison review
The HTC Jetstream is a bit better than Acer Iconia W4, with a global score of 63.6 against 59.3. Although it's the best in this review, the HTC Jetstream is a much heavier and a lot thicker device than Acer Iconia W4. The HTC Jetstream comes with Android 3.1 OS, and Acer Iconia W4 comes with Windows 8.1 OS.
Acer Iconia W4 features a little more vivid screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 800 x 1280px and a better screen density. Acer Iconia W4 features a processor that's just as good as HTC Jetstream's CPU, because although the Acer Iconia W4 has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and 2 more CPU cores (although they are slower).
The Acer Iconia W4 features a slightly better storage capacity to install games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. HTC Jetstream shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Acer Iconia W4, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution.
HTC Jetstream features a very superior battery performance than Acer Iconia W4, because it has 7300mAh of battery capacity against 4960mAh.
