HTC Jetstream is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a 63.6 score against 59.7. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but HTC Jetstream has an older 3.1 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although it's the best in this comparison review, HTC Jetstream's construction is noticeably older, extremely thicker and notably heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with just a bit better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM and more processing cores. HTC Jetstream counts with a bit more vivid display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a bit worse resolution of 768 x 1280 pixels, it also counts with a bigger screen.
Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
HTC Jetstream counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). The HTC Jetstream has a greater camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a much better (Full HD) video quality.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you want that extra specs, you can buy HTC Jetstream, else you can save some dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), giving up some specifications.
