Comparison review
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an overall score of 63.8, which is slightly better than the HTC Jetstream's general score of 63.6. Blackview Oscal Pad 15's construction is extremely newer, extremely thinner and noticeably lighter than the HTC Jetstream. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a more recent 13 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, offering a couple additional features.
The HTC Jetstream features a better looking screen than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 768 x 1280 resolution and more pixels per inch of screen. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a bit faster CPU than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.

The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a bit superior battery life than HTC Jetstream, because it has a 13 percent more battery capacity.
