Comparison review
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is better than the HTC Jetstream, getting a 70.8 score against 63.6. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the newer 5.0 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) construction is newer, a lot thinner and lighter than HTC Jetstream.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a more vivid screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot more pixels per inch of display. HTC Jetstream counts with a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have equal internal memory, the HTC Jetstream also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 32 GB.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a little better performance than HTC Jetstream, because it has a higher amount of RAM, more cpu cores and a faster GPU working at 400 megahertz. HTC Jetstream has a slightly better camera than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
HTC Jetstream has a much longer battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has an 85% bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also cheaper than the HTC Jetstream, making it an easy choice.
