Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a general score of 66.3, which is a bit better than HTC Jetstream's 63.6 general score. Microsoft Surface 3 is a newer tablet, and it is also lighter and a lot thinner than the HTC Jetstream. HTC Jetstream features a little bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way lower screen density, a lot lower resolution of 768 x 1280px and a little smaller screen.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Microsoft Surface 3 features a little better performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and more RAM.
The HTC Jetstream counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface 3. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a camera with an 8 mega pixels and the same (Full HD) video definition. The HTC Jetstream features a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC Jetstream. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get HTC Jetstream, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
