Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is much better than the HTC Jetstream's 63.6 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while HTC Jetstream works with Android 3.1 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 body is a lot newer and thinner, but somewhat heavier than HTC Jetstream.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a bit better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features just a bit better looking screen than HTC Jetstream, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a larger display and a much better resolution of 1440 x 2160px.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a superior storage for games and applications than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage capacity. The HTC Jetstream features a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. HTC Jetstream captures much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the HTC Jetstream also has a way more megapixels back-facing camera.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Jetstream. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC Jetstream, giving up some specs and features.
