Comparison review
HTC Jetstream has a score of 63.6, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 overall score. Despite being the best in our current comparison, HTC Jetstream's construction is older, extremely thicker and a little bit heavier than the Microsoft Surface RT. HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 OS, and Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS.
The Microsoft Surface RT features a bit faster processing unit than HTC Jetstream, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, a larger number of cores (but slower) and a much better graphics processor working at 520 MHz. HTC Jetstream counts with a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 768 x 1280 pixels resolution, they both have a higher number of pixels per screen inch.
The HTC Jetstream takes much better photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels. Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little bit better memory for apps and games than HTC Jetstream, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The HTC Jetstream has a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface RT.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it is way more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Surface RT. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Microsoft Surface RT, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
