HTC Jetstream captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) costs a little more than the HTC Jetstream, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
