The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a global score of 66.5, which is just a bit better than HTC Jetstream's score of 63.6. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction is newer, way lighter and incredibly thinner than HTC Jetstream. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version, providing a couple additional features and some performance improvements.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features a bit sharper display than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way lower resolution of 600 x 1024px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. The HTC Jetstream has more memory for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, because although it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features a little faster processing unit than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have 2 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has a faster graphics processing unit and 512 MB more RAM memory.
