The HTC Jetstream is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, getting a general score of 63.6 against 58.5. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but HTC Jetstream has 3.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4. HTC Jetstream's construction is a lot heavier and noticeably thicker than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V.
The HTC Jetstream features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the HTC Jetstream also has an additional GPU and a higher number of cores (and they are faster). The Galaxy Tab 3 V features just a bit better screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1024 x 600, it also counts with a just a bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch of screen.
HTC Jetstream has a greater camera than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a way more MP camera. The HTC Jetstream features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Jetstream also has 32 GB internal memory.
HTC Jetstream has a really longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 3 V. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC Jetstream, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 V, giving up some specs and features.
