The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is better than HTC Jetstream, with a 70 score against 63.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a a lot newer tablet, and it is also much thinner and much lighter than HTC Jetstream. Both tablets in this review work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1 version.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with just a little better hardware performance than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM. The HTC Jetstream has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a just a bit lower quantity of pixels per inch of display and a bit lower 768 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a bit better camera than HTC Jetstream. They have the same resolution back camera, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Jetstream, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The HTC Jetstream has a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a 64 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC Jetstream. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, but if you don't you can save some money and get the HTC Jetstream, resigning some features and specs.
