Xperia Tablet Z has a score of 68.5, which is a little bit better than the HTC Jetstream's 63.6 general score. The Xperia Tablet Z body is newer, much lighter and much thinner than HTC Jetstream. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, giving you some extra features.
Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a better display than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have a same size screen, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a way greater pixels quantity per inch in the display. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features just a bit bigger memory for apps and games than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 64 GB.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a little bit better processing power than HTC Jetstream, because it has a higher amount of RAM, a faster graphics processor running at 400 MHz and a larger number of cores. HTC Jetstream has improved battery duration than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has a 7300mAh battery size.
The HTC Jetstream features a superior camera than Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a camera with lesser mega-pixels and a lower video resolution.
Although Sony Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC Jetstream. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia Tablet Z, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC Jetstream, letting go some features and specs.
