The iPad 4 has a general score of 70.8, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MateBook's 70.7 global score. The iPad 4 design is a bit heavier and incredibly thicker than Huawei MateBook. The Huawei MateBook features a bit faster processing unit than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Huawei MateBook also counts with more RAM memory.
The iPad 4 features a sharper screen than Huawei MateBook, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater number of pixels in each inch in the screen and a bit higher 1536 x 2048 resolution. The iPad 4 has a lot better camera than Huawei MateBook. The Huawei MateBook features a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than iPad 4, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Huawei MateBook has a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPad 4.
Although iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei MateBook, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MateBook. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Huawei MateBook, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
