Although Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 is noticeably heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), it's much thinner and extremely newer. Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 comes with HarmonyOS OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) works with Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 counts with a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a better screen density, a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a lot larger display.
