The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD's general score of 62.7. The Microsoft Surface 3 body is noticeably newer and a little bit thinner, but also a little bit heavier than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD. The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit lower 1200 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
Microsoft Surface 3 has a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface 3 features just a bit better performance than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD. The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface 3.
