The Galaxy Note 8.0 has a global score of 69.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link's 63.7 score. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 8.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has Android 4.1 version, counting with a lot of extra features and increased performance. Galaxy Note 8.0 is a much thinner and incredibly lighter tablet device than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link.

Galaxy Note 8.0 and Huawei MediaPad 10 Link count with extremely similar screens, because although the Galaxy Note 8.0 has a lot smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution, it also counts with a greater pixels count in each screen inch. Huawei MediaPad 10 Link features a bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.

The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a greater amount of RAM and an additional graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a way higher resolution camera in the back.

Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has a much longer battery life than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 6600mAh of battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MediaPad 10 Link. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, giving up some specifications.
