Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, getting a 61.7 score against 61.6. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE design is way lighter but just a little bit thicker than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link. Both of these devices work with the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System), so they should give you identical operating system features.
Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE features a processor that is just as good as the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link one, because although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has 2 lesser cpu cores, and they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU.
