The LG G Pad 10.1 is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite, having a global score of 58.4 against 54.5. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad 10.1 has the newer 5.0 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite has Android 4.0.3 version, so it gives you a couple additional features. LG G Pad 10.1 is a somewhat thinner but much heavier tablet than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite.
