The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a general score of 67.8, which is better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue's 57.3 global score. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue has Android 4.1 version.
