The Asus VivoTab has a score of 57.5, which is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth's 55.6 general score. Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS, while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth works with Android 4.1 OS. Asus VivoTab is a a lot heavier but somewhat thinner portable tablet than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth.
Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth features a much better looking display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixel density.
