Comparison review
The HTC Jetstream has an overall score of 63.6, which is much better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth's score of 55.6. The HTC Jetstream body is way thicker and way heavier than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the HTC Jetstream has an older 3.1 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth has Android 4.1 version.
