The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, with a general score of 61.4 against 55.6. Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s design is just a bit thinner but noticeably heavier than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. Both of these tablets include the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System), so both should count with the same operating system features.
