The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a general score of 61.7, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth's score of 55.6. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's design is a little thicker but a bit lighter than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. These devices work with the same Android 4.1 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features.
