Comparison review
The Google Nexus 10 has an overall score of 68.1, which is a lot better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's 56.3 overall score. Even though the Google Nexus 10 is older and notably heavier than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, it's construction is still thinner. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 10 has a newer 5.1 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version.
Google Nexus 10 features a more vivid screen than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a way higher screen pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a much larger screen.
