Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a score of 64.8, which is much better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's general score of 56.3. Both tablets in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has older 4.0.4 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is an way older tablet device than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, but it is extremely thinner and a bit lighter anyway.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a bit more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a little bit better quantity of pixels in each display inch, a higher 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and a little larger screen. Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a very superior storage for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 also has 60 GB more internal storage.
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 also has a much better graphics processor running at 400 MHz and more cpu cores (although they are slower). Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has greater battery life than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a 24% more battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 captures clearer videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2. Both have a same resolution camera in the back.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
