Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, with a general score of 58.8 against 56.3. Even though the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE is way older and extremely heavier than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, it's construction is still thinner. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has the older 4.0 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 feature extremely similar screens, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a bigger display and a better 800 x 1280 resolution, they both have the same screen pixel density. Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has an additional graphics processing unit and 2 more cpu cores.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with more storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage. Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2. Both of them have the same resolution camera in the back.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a 49 percent bigger battery capacity.
