Apple iPad 4 has an overall score of 70.8, which is better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 score. The Apple iPad 4 is a a lot heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Huawei MediaPad M1. Apple iPad 4 comes with iOS 7.x OS, while Huawei MediaPad M1 comes with Android 4.2.2 OS. The Apple iPad 4 features a little more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a higher display pixels density, a lot better 1536 x 2048px resolution and a larger screen.
The Apple iPad 4 counts with a little faster processing unit than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has 2 lesser and slower processing cores, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Apple iPad 4 also counts with an additional graphics processor. Apple iPad 4 shoots much better photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1. They have the same video frame rates, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 1920x1080 video quality.
The iPad 4 counts with a way bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than iPad 4.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad M1. If you want to save some money, you can get the Huawei MediaPad M1, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
