Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a general score of 61.5, which is a bit better than the Asus Fonepad 7's score of 58.9. Huawei MediaPad M1's construction is just a bit heavier but notably thinner than Asus Fonepad 7. These devices have Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has the older 4.2.2 version while Asus Fonepad 7 has Android 5.0.
Asus Fonepad 7 has a little more vivid screen than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1280 x 800px, the Asus Fonepad 7 also counts with a quite higher pixels density. Asus Fonepad 7 features a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has 16 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 64 GB.
The Asus Fonepad 7 features a little better processing power than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Asus Fonepad 7 also has a 64 bits processing unit and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Asus Fonepad 7 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, a 5 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rates.
Huawei MediaPad M1 features a very superior battery performance than Asus Fonepad 7.
Although Huawei MediaPad M1 is a better device, it costs more money than the Asus Fonepad 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus Fonepad 7. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Asus Fonepad 7, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
