HTC Jetstream is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad M1, with a score of 63.6 against 61.5. These tablets have Android OS, but HTC Jetstream has the previous 3.1 version while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version. Even being the best in our current comparison, HTC Jetstream is a much older, way heavier and a lot thicker tablet than Huawei MediaPad M1.
The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a little bit better screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a little bit higher 1280 x 800 resolution. Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a bit better processing unit than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster).
The HTC Jetstream counts with a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the HTC Jetstream also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.
HTC Jetstream has a superior battery performance than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 7300mAh battery size instead of 4800mAh. HTC Jetstream shoots much clearer videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the HTC Jetstream also has a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
Although HTC Jetstream is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy HTC Jetstream, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad M1, giving up a couple specifications.
