The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a global score of 61.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's overall score of 58.8. Huawei MediaPad M1 is a way newer device, and it is also just a little thinner and notably lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has newer 4.2.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0.
