Huawei MediaPad M2 has a general score of 65.5, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2's 62.6 overall score. These tablets use Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 has Android 4.0 version, giving you lots of additional features. The Huawei MediaPad M2 construction is notably newer, somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2.

The Huawei MediaPad M2 features a little bit better screen than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better pixels count per inch in the display and a much better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB.

The Huawei MediaPad M2 has just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a back facing camera with a much worse resolution and a lot lower video quality.

Huawei MediaPad M2 has improved battery lifetime than Motorola Droid XYBoard 8.2, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity.
