Huawei MediaPad M2 is better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, having a 65.5 score against 58.8. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version. Huawei MediaPad M2 is a a lot newer device, and it is also a lot lighter and a bit thinner than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE.
Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a greater number of cores (and faster). Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and much more pixels per inch in the display.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 128 GB and 32 GB internal storage. Huawei MediaPad M2 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a way better video quality and a lot more MP back facing camera.
