Comparison review

Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M2, with a score of 68.3 against 64.7. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has 8.1 Oreo version while Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 version, offering lots of additional features. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s construction is much newer, but thicker and a little heavier than Huawei MediaPad M2.

Huawei MediaPad M2 has a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200px. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M2, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 400 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) captures greater photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a lot less mega pixels resolution camera.

The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a bit superior battery life than Huawei MediaPad M2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4800mAh.

Even being the best tablet in our comparison, Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is also cheaper than the Huawei MediaPad M2.
