Both tablets in this review come with the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS, so they should provide identical operating system features.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 10 counts with just a bit better display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a bit higher screen density and a little bigger display. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei MediaPad M5 10. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and 8 cores.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 10 features a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and although they both have a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB, the Huawei MediaPad M5 10 also has 128 GB internal memory.
