Huawei MediaPad M5 10's design is much heavier but thinner than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and they were only released 3 months apart. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M5 10 has the previous 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has Android 8.1 Oreo.
