The Google Pixel Slate is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 8, with a 79.3 score against 75.5. The Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system, while Huawei MediaPad M5 8 counts with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. The Google Pixel Slate design is much heavier but a little bit thinner than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, and both were released with only 5 months difference.
