The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is much better than HTC Jetstream, having a 75.5 score against 63.6. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1.
