Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a score of 74.6, which is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's global score of 73.3. Even though the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is incredibly older than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, it's construction is a bit thinner and a little lighter. These tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has older 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a much better looking display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a better display pixel density and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same resolution back camera. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a little longer battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has an 8220mAh battery capacity against 7500mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei MediaPad M5 lite. If you want to save some money, you can buy Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
