Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, getting a 73.6 score against 73.3. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is a lot older than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, it's construction is way lighter and way thinner. Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a bit more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a higher pixel amount per inch of screen. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite takes much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch. Both of them have the same video frame rates, a same resolution camera and the same video quality.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has just a bit bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because it has a 7500mAh battery size.
