The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, having a 60.4 score against 58.8. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a a lot lighter and a little bit thinner device than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a newer 4.3 version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, offering some additional features and improved performance.

The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has 2 more processing cores and a graphics processor. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also counts with a quite better count of pixels per inch of screen.
