Huawei MediaPad X2 is better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), having a 72.7 score against 65. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has the newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has Android 4.1.
