Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad X2 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, with a 72.7 score against 68.7. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has Android 4.2.2 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. Huawei MediaPad X2's construction is newer, lighter and a bit thinner than the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a 64-bit processor, a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot better screen pixel density and a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200.
Huawei MediaPad X2 has just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Huawei MediaPad X2 features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a much higher video quality and a camera with much more MP.
Although Huawei MediaPad X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei MediaPad X2, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, letting go some features and specifications.
