The Huawei MediaPad X2 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a 72.7 score against 65.6. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad X2 has a newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides you some nice extra features and performance improvements. Huawei MediaPad X2 is a newer tablet, and it is also thinner and a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
Huawei MediaPad X2 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a same size display, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a better pixels density. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 128 GB and 32 GB internal memory.
Huawei MediaPad X2 features a more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a higher amount of RAM, a greater number of cores and a 64-bit processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a much less megapixels resolution back camera and a much worse 1280x720 video quality.
The Huawei MediaPad X2 features superior battery performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a 25% more battery size.
Although Huawei MediaPad X2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad X2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, resigning a couple specs and features.
