Huawei MediaPad X2 has a general score of 72.7, which is way better than Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s overall score of 60.4. Both tablets we compare here have Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad X2 has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Huawei MediaPad X2 is an older tablet device than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), but Huawei was able to make it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.

Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have a same size display, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has a lot better 1920 x 1200 resolution and a better screen pixel density. Huawei MediaPad X2 features a better CPU than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a 64 bits processing unit, a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.

Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a way bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 24 GB more internal storage. The Huawei MediaPad X2 has superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a 25% bigger battery size.

The Huawei MediaPad X2 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a much better video definition and a camera in the back with a lot higher 13 mega-pixels resolution.

Huawei MediaPad X2 costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
