The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a global score of 72.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's overall score of 64.9. Huawei MediaPad X2 is an older tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, but it is extremely lighter and thinner anyway. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has the previous 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.

Huawei MediaPad X2 has a greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a higher number of cores, a larger amount of RAM and a 64 bits processor. The Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a much sharper screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a superior camera than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a much less megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a way lower video resolution. Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a battery life that is very similar to the battery life in Huawei MediaPad X2.
