Comparison review

Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has an overall score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad's 56.4 score. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0, so it provides the user lots of additional features and performance improvements. The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) construction is a little lighter and a little thinner than the Huawei MediaPad.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) features a bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more RAM and 2 more processing cores. Huawei MediaPad counts with a more vivid screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Huawei MediaPad also counts with a quite better number of pixels per screen inch.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a much better memory to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad, because it has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB and 28 GB more internal memory. The Huawei MediaPad counts with a way better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Huawei MediaPad also has a back-facing camera with a way better 5 MP resolution.

The Huawei MediaPad has a much better battery life than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).

Despite of being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) is also by far the cheapest, which makes it a great choice.
