The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is better than Huawei MediaPad, with a global score of 65.2 against 56.4. Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is a a lot thinner but way heavier tablet than Huawei MediaPad. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the newer 13 version while Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, so it provides you some additional features.
Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a faster CPU than Huawei MediaPad, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Huawei MediaPad counts with just a bit better looking screen than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, although it has a really smaller display and a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280px, they both have the same pixels density.
