The LG G Pad 8.3 is much better than Huawei MediaPad, getting a 65.9 score against 56.4. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad 8.3 has the newer 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad has Android 4.0 version, so it gives you some additional features. LG G Pad 8.3's body is thinner and lighter than the Huawei MediaPad.
LG G Pad 8.3 has a better screen than Huawei MediaPad, because it has a larger display, a way higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen. LG G Pad 8.3 has a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad, because it has 16 GB internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that admits up to 64 GB.

The LG G Pad 8.3 captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the LG G Pad 8.3 also has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
